after css changes website does not display correctly on chrome or firefox

  1. Hi everyone,

    Thank you for your help. This is my first post to the forum.

    After making some css changes to an Oxygen template site to remove the right-side "tertiary" menu bar on all but the main page, the site does not display correctly on Chrome or Firefox. It looks good on Safari. Here's the css I inserted:

    /* Centers menu bar */
    .main-navigation {
    text-align: center;
    width: 100%;
    }

    .main-navigation ul {
    display: inline-block;
    }

    /* Removes categories side bar */
    .widget_categories {
    display: none;
    }

    /* Removes left side bar from all but home page */
    .page-id-2

    #tertiary,

    .page-id-5

    #tertiary,

    .page-id-8

    #tertiary,

    .page-id-226

    #tertiary,

    .page-id-233

    #tertiary,

    .page-id-234

    #tertiary,

    .page-id-237

    #tertiary,

    .page-id-238

    #tertiary {
    display: none;
    }

    #content {
    margin-right: 0;
    }

    Other posts on this forum have been very helpful as I've made my first WordPress site. Thank you everyone!!

    The blog I need help with is opim672.com.

  2. Hi again, everyone,

    After deleting

    /* Removes categories side bar */
    .widget_categories {
    display: none;
    }

    everything works.
