After domain mapping, I cant see my old blog content

    After I did a domain map from my old wordpress blog hosted by Yahoo to my new wordpress.com blog - I can see the old blog's dashboard, stats, posts, comments, etc. but can't actually view it. "It says pages cant be found" - my old blog is ball-publications.com/godmatters as a subdomain which wordpress doesn't support, but again all of my info shows that its there, I just cant see it. (my ball-publications.com is my domain which was transferred) And that main domain is also on my main page as a new blog - ready for me to use... but no content, its brand new! Its now been approx 24 hrs. Do I have to wait approx 72 hours or have I lost all of my content & info?

    The blog I need help with is ball-publications.com.

    Should I have mapped my domain to wordpress.org instead of .com? Or am I in the right place for my blog?

    What is the underlying URL that your are mapping from to the domain please. If you tell me that I can answer your question.

    ball-publications.com but ball-publications.com/godmatters is where all of my blog content is

    Thats exactly my problem... my information shows something under ball-publications.com/godmatters but when I click on it "page can't be found"?

    It's the weekend. It's going to take them more than two hours to reply. Just wait it out.

    If you want content on your new WP.com blog, you have to export the content on your old Yahoo blog and then import it to your WP.com blog. Just changing the domain mapping doesn't move the contents.

    I know, but Yahoo exported the old wordpress file in sql instead of xml... so I cant export my content. Can you advise me how to import my sql file?

    I just spoke to Yahoo support again and I have to change my name servers back to them then export/import into wordpress. So that's what I will do.. hope this works
