Akismet said I had a spam comment - showed a trackback/ping via Topsy.com. What is Topsy.com and was it really spam?

Topsy trackbacks are not spam. Topsy is a search engine powered by tweets and someone with a twitter account tweeted your post. It's safe to approve and post this trackback.
