Am I able to do these things in WordPress?

    I have a domain and website set up with another provider and would like to move it to WordPress but am concerned that if I did; there may be features not supported by WordPress such as

    Offering free file downloads in a general area
    Offering a password protected subscription service (unpaid) where individual followers would be able to download additional free files for a specified period of time
    Then a regular store for the purchase of regular goods via PayPal

    Would really appreciate some advice on these features
