am transferring from blogger-importer has stalled while uploading my comments.

    Can you try uploading the Blogger export file to import it into your blog manually?

    You can fetch your export file by going to Settings -> Export blog in the control panel for your Blogger blog.

    Once you have that, you can import it from Tools -> Import -> Blogger in your WordPress.com blog dashboard.
