I hear from American Law Firm more than I ever heard from my lender, the lender tried to send me one of the Obama packages, but lost my paperwork, then I had to resubmit, and before I knew it, I was waiting and waiting for a modification.

I hope you are blogging about this so people can see what a hard process and times it is right now. I've been facing foreclosure for 2 years and now we understand that modification isn't in future for us, we don't qualify for it soooooooooo...

I am frustrated about my home loan, I just wanted to get some help, and no one would help me. They lose papers, they forget I called, the lender can't seem to figure out that the paperwork was sent months ago, then they resubmit my info, and then deny me again and again! The banks suck!
