Is there an actual support site for WordPress. I am totally bewildered, going in circles .
Would just like to find how to change Discussion Settings for a blog.
Just to say that it can be done does not tell me where to go and how to do it.
This "support" site looks like each page was developed by a different person with no coordination between them.
Should not have to have an "owners manual" to use an owners manual.
The blog I need help with is restoredlifeoutreach.wordpress.com.

Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.

We can also override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any post or page.

On your dashboard you will find a video.
