Anchors not working in Firefox

    Alrighty, before posting this question, I scoured the Support database and the Forums to the best of my abilities. If I missed this already being asked or mentioned, I apologize.

    I was testing out my blog in Firefox last night (it's my preferred browser) and realized my anchors (aka page jumps) aren't working. I opened it up in IE and they worked perfectly.

    Are gremlins running rampant in my computer again? Or is this a WP glitch? Has this happened to anyone else?

    Link to a post or page with the problem in question, please. Or paste here (between backticks) the code you've used.

    The front page (main blog URL above) in the left sidebar where I list, "I Like Reading" and "I Like Watching." There are links to "more" and they should take the reader to the specific topic on my Favorites page.

    <a href="http://unleashtheflyingmonkeys.wordpress.com/favorites/#books">many more</a>

    and that should take the reader to the anchor <a title="books" name="#books"></a>

    Also, if you visit the Favorites page at the very top I list "books, movies and music" all of which are linked to their specific sections. Again, those links work beautifully in IE but not in Firefox, at least on my computers (I've tried it on two).

    Ah, so it is the gremlins! I wonder why it's not working on either of my computers?

    One of those questions I'll probably never get an answer to I guess. Much like if you choke a smurf, what color will he turn? You know, deep and truly perplexing issues.

    P.S. If anyone has ever choked a smurf and knows the mystery color, please do share. My money's on gray.

    Works for me, too, in both Firefox and Safari.

    By my book, however, the anchor should be:
    <a name="books"></a>
