   Hi,

   I've found a neat animated text effect at http://motyar.blogspot.com/2010/07/typography-animation-using-jquery.html

   If you scroll down you'll see a demo of the animation.

   I realise this is using Javascript and can't be used on WordPress.

   Can you guess my question! How can you achieve a similar animated text effect on WordPress?

   Ideally, I actually want to have two different text that appear.

   Hoping somebody can help.

   There really isn't much that can be done to accomplish this past making an animated GIF image, but be careful with animated GIFs. They can get huge quite quickly since GIFs have lower compression ratios.

   I couldn't see that animation in either of the latest versions of FF or Chrome, so I'm not certain what it is you are looking to do.

   Hi,

   Thanks for the replies.

   I'm using Chrome 10.0.648.204 and the animation works ok.

   Will explore the link you sent.
