Can you suggest a theme similar to Grisaille, which I find very good for my planned photo-historical blog, but it doesn't manage 2 custom menus, which I need.

You can actually have as many custom menus as you'd like. Grisaille supports one in the navigation menu slot, but further custom menus can be displayed in the sidebar with a Custom Menu Widget.

There are several themes that have more than one custom menu like Enterprise and Oxygen but none have the same appearance that Grisaille has. Moreover, if I don't misinterpret your intent from your other thread and from "your but more functional" phrase above, then I'm of the opinion that you ought to consider hiring a web host and setting your own WordPress.org install.
