I was wondering if I buy the ugrade, if anybody here I could talk through instant messaging what I want, and do CSS for me. I would'nt have a clue how to that.

A good way to learn about codes is get a Blogger blog and stare at the template for countless hours day and night. I learned alot about html codes and how to switch things and change things around a bit. But I don't have the upgrade though.
