   It would be a lot of fun to do a children's novel reading challenge with at least one other blogger here. One wouldn't have to follow the exact dates or books that I am, but it would be interesting to compare experiences. Anyone care to be engaged? I'd love to hear from you!

   You're right, your posts definitely show a lot of thought and dedication. Definitely following!

   If you're looking for children's books, my favorite hands down is Ray Bradbury's The Halloween Tree. It's written for children but deals with dark issues like illness and death, as well as the different mythologies behind death and death festivals like Halloween in various cultures. Suuuch a good book.
