   How do I clear the comment cartoon and edit tabs from the post?

   The "edit" tabs are Admin [edit] convenience links that can only be seen by you when your are logged in. Your visitors cannot see them.

   The comment bubble cannot be removed with purchasing a custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing. See > http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/twenty-eleven-comment-bubble-1?replies=2#post-839017
