Well, when I click any Arabic tag whether in ar.wordpress.com reader page or type it in the English one it doesn't work. The page loads nothing..

Do you have an example of a tag that's causing a problem?

For example:
http://ar.wordpress.com/#!/read/topics/ادب
or
http://ar.wordpress.com/#!/read/topic/عامthe link turns into this:
http://ar.wordpress.com/#!/read/topic/%d8%b9%d8%a7%d9%85/
and the page loads nothing! -
The URL should be converted to unicode like that, but something should be displaying. We're looking into it.
