Archiving a website so that new and previous versions can been seen

  1. I have inherited the job of fixing updating this website, however I am not a wordpress expert so I have run into some trouble. It is an earthday website and each year, they archive the previous year's website and make it into a link that you can click to see what happened last year. Then they make the website into the current year's website.
    You can see what I am talking about on this page:

    How do I make the 2011 page into a link on the 2012 Earthday page?
