ARE ALL THE BLOGGERS' A COMMUNITY WITHIN WORDPRESS?

    Hi, a warm greetings and salutations,

    I am brand new to wordpress and have just created a brand new blog, which could possibly create a whole lot of interest in WORDPRESS.COM.

    I would like the community of bloggers within wordpress to take a look at it and review it for me.

    Is it possible to put a message out and ask for their help?

    Well, there are the bloggers who use ALL CAPS, and then there are the rest of us. You're more likely to get some opinions back if you post this in the appropriate forum, the Showcase forum, and refrain from using ALL CAPS.

    ...I'm up and runnung with my new tweet button, not much traffic coming to my blog any kool suggestions, only 168 hits so far? and three comments...; (

    Hi Freelancejoe...

    Most people don't have unlimited time, so for me personally, I will only go look at someone's blog if they first bother to write a very short summary about what their blog is about.

    Why would I want to take the time to look at a zillion blogs on the off-chance that there will be somewhere be in a few of them, something of interest to me? Far too time consuming, sorry.

    I think you will get more hits if you write a short massage that actually helps us to decide if your blog might be of interest to us... and not annoy us by wasting our time if it's not.

    Example: Mine would read something like:

    "Kiwidutch, the photo heavy blog of a fanatical Foodie who likes to craft, and enjoys looking and learning about places at home and abroad with a Local Heart, Global Soul.

    I have a virtual suitcase with plenty of room for everyone if you fancy hopping along for the ride..."
