   Hi. I have two blogs under one sign in and I'd like to transfer all the contents on one blog to the other. Will all of the stats from the old blog be transferred over as well? Thank you!

   The blog I need help with is oneworldveggie.wordpress.com.

   No they are not in the export file. You can transfer content ie. posts, pages, comments, categories, tags and media by export and import and export/import blogroll links in a separate import/export.

   Do you know if followers need to be redirected to the new site or if they will automatically be transferred over? Thanks again!

   No they will not be "transferred over". Your subscribers will be lost, and they will have to sign up to subscribe at the new blog location.
