   I host a WordPress blog on BlueHost (http://we.excelalways.net/techbiz) - that I did using fantastico. Now that I have created a WordPress user account (xelways), I would like to know if I can associate that blog with this user account. I will highly appreciate your suggestions/help. Thanks.

   You're actually in the wrong forum; you want to be here:

   http://wordpress.org/support/

   (wordpress.COM is the platform for bloggers that are not self hosted, .ORG is self-hosted)

   so as I guess, wordpress.org doesn't have any user-accounts specifically (like xelways.wordpress.com)?
