I am trying to insert mp3audio into my blog.
I have been trying all day. :-)
I have them hosted at Zshare and have tried many times to follow the instructions at WP for how to import music on to my blog
but even though it finally shows the arrows and doesn't send an error message it won't quit buffering.
I have finally resorted to simply sending readers to the Zshare with a link to hear the audio, but that is not optimal.
If anyone has a tip for dummies on successfully posting mp3 into your log I am all ears - grateful ears that is!

http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/12/24/how-do-i-get-music-on-my-blog/ According to that FAQ, you have to insert the audio shortcode in the HTML Editor, not the Visual Editor.
There's also a nice widget from box.net that will put a music player in your sidebar.
