How can I add either the meta tag or xml file to authenticate ownership of blog for bing.com
The blog I need help with is faoas.wordpress.com.

We cannot add meta tags because we do not have access to the underlying files here. We cannot upload an XML file to the root directory either.
Perhaps some enterprising person will get it figured out though.
