I recently changed the status of an invitee to author. They have accepted and I can see in my dashboard that they are now an author. But, they don't show in my user list, and they don't have access to the dashboard. Why is this and how can it be fixed. If no one knows how to correct this issue, is there another group that may be able to help? 2nd request. Thanks.
