Hi - I have a multi-author, public blog at http://afpmilw.wordpress.com/
There is a person who has accepted my invitation to be an author but she does not show up on my "all user" list. I want to change her role but can't do it if she is not on my user list. Please help.

Do they show up as "waiting" in your list of past invitations?
The person I am having trouble with shows up as "accepted" in my list of past invitations, but she does not show up on my user list.
Once that user logs into WordPress.com, are they able to navigate to your site's Dashboard via their Admin Bar? They should see it in the drop down menu when they hover their mouse over their username.
Okay, I am asking that person to do this and will post again when I hear back from her. Thanks for the help!
Wondering if the promised staff support is going to come through on this issue? I have not yet been able to resolve it on my own.
