Auto Re-newal

    Hello,

    I was recently charged for an auto renewal, which i did not authorize. I would like to cancel my upgrade and i would like the $99.00 refunded as soon as possible.
    Thank You.

    The blog I need help with is ecofemmagazine.com.

    You can disable auto-renew of any upgrade > Store > My Upgrades
    click the "disable auto-renew" link.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    Hi ecofemmagazine, I refunded $99 as per your request (can take 1-2 week to post back to your account). Your Value Bundle and the domain mapping are now set to expire on 2013-01-23. You can review and update your upgrades under Store > My Upgrades.
