auto renew

  1. I received an email that my wolfcollegeconsulting.com website is up to expire on August 15. I cannot find where to auto renew it. There is not link on my upgrades page. How do I renew it????

    The blog I need help with is amberleywolf.wordpress.com.

    The sole owner of any blog is the person with the username account, who registered the blog, who is the original Admin of the blog, and who purchased any upgrades for the blog through their username account and associated email address. That blog owner can transfer the blog to your username account.

    You need to contact the blog's owner and have her act on this. You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.

    To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B you must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other username account.

    Then you add the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.

  6. The person that created the blog for me has tried to change this, but it didn't work. She has previously changed me to Administrator, but it won't allow her to change herself to author. As Administrator I still do not have access to pay for the domain. We are both Administrators. Also when I login as her, it won't allow me to pay under "my upgrades." It is not allowing either of us to pay.

  11. I tried to renew the domain under the person that created the blog, and it stated "There was a problem renewing this domain."

    What is going on????? How can I just pay for my domain and transfer it if it isn't allowing me to?
