Auto Renewal did not disable and I am being billed again

  1. Auto Renewal not turned off inside my account. I cancelled my blog that had a subscription to a video press account last year, but inside my account details it is still showing up as an auto renewal and I delete this account information as well as the domain for this blog site. So I should not be billed for this again this year. How do I get this refunded?
