Try to consider that some people find that kind of thing extremely distracting. I do my best to avoid pages with things that move, especially when they're off-center. In some cases, I find that they actually hurt my eyes.

notawoodpeker, what do you suggest to display readers opinios about my blog & materials. I believe that what i say about me is important, but display what others say is much more convincing. -
You can't create auto-scrolling text: it requires types of code we're not allowed to use. What you can do is publish the readers opinions as the regular content of a regular static page you'll create.
