automatic publishing to FB and twitter

    I cannot find where to add auto publishing to FB and twitter to my new blog. My old one had the stuff in the publish box on the new post page. This one doesn't. Please help. Thanks

    The blog I need help with is 1000shittythings.wordpress.com.
