Hey, sorry because it seems as a bit of a stupid questions but is there a way to be able to when writing a post there is something that is searching for words from your post to link to other pages such as wikipedia?
I know it's possible because I did it on my other blog before I changed themes but now I have no idea how to get it back.
Help please?

Hi. Have you tried Zemanta? I use it for pictures, but according to the support documentation, it also works for links:
