   I have disabled avatars, but for some reason it still comes up in my feed. How do I get rid of this thing? I don't want one at all, so please don't tell me to just choose the blank one. This issue just arose in the past few days. I haven't changed anything, and it didn't use to be like this, it just started. I tried creating a new blog, and still had the same issue. Please help.

   p.s. in this feed there are two media files, the pic I want displayed, and the avatar i DON'T want displayed.

   That generic gravatar cannot be removed.

   I'm sorry, but I don't believe you because it has never been there in the past, and just showed up a couple days ago. In the past, in my feed, there has only been one media file, and its been the file I want there, not an avatar, so unless WordPress.com made some weird change in the past couple days, then that can't be.
