I was just wondering what the average time for replies is? I now have 2 items in the forum and 1 item in the help centre.
The reason I ask is that I purchased the $99 upgrade and if I can't adjust the website as I require I will be getting a refund and need to know within 30 days to do this.

Please be pateint while waiting for Staff to respond to this one. Please note that as your WordPress.com userabne is not linked to a free hosted WordPress.com blog you need to post an active link starting with http:// to the free hosted WordPress.com blog you purchased the upgrade for.

I currently have my domain pointing to a Blogger website, but I am in the process of switching over to WordPress.

Hiya. Most CSS forum posts get a response within 24 hours on weekdays, but that can vary depending on time off for weekends and vacation days for the support team as well as how many requests are made ahead of you.
Sometimes volunteers help out too and replies are even faster. :)
