   Hello:

   I purchased an upgrade (Custom Design) one week ago and I love it!

   Everything looks great. HOWEVER, I noticed that the access/navigation bar to my weblog STILL appears as a black "background-color" via my smart/cellphone.

   I disabled the "Mobile Theme" and front page excerpts via Appearance > Mobile of my WordPress.com Dashboard, thinking that I'd see the access/navigation bar change to my customized color.

   Also, I noticed that this black-colored access/navigation bar does NOT show my customized color via the "author_comment_url_[Comment ID number here]" element of the "[Blog address here].wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php" of my Dashboard.

   Can you please fix this area, too?

   I checked http://thebloggingpath.com/ from my iPhone and the navigation bar doesn't look black to me. Are you still seeing that if you check it again or were you able to resolve the issue on your own?
