Background, Header, Logo HELP

  1. Hello :)
I have just recently started my blog. I have a logo that I would love in the upper left corner of my page, and I have a frame or border for the site. My problem is that I can't figure out how to get them up on the site. I'm not sure if I have to use a certain theme, but I seem to have tried most of them. If anyone could help I would appreciate it!
    Thank you,
    Jane

and my logo can be viewed on twitter:

The blog I need help with is cool2save.wordpress.com.

  2. You can't insert your logo in the top left corner without the paid Custom Design upgrade. You can insert it at the top of your sidebar instead.

The other one is a background. You can add it, but it doesn't really fit the theme you're using (becausse of the way the top navigation menu is separated from the rest). Where do you think the blue stripes should fall?

  3. How can I insert my logo into the sidebar?

Is there a theme that would work better with the background that I have chosen? I keep switching themes, trying to get the logo and background to work on the site. If you know of of theme that would work better, please let me know.

    Thank you,
    Jane

    Instructions for uploading images.
You can use an image widget or a text widget.

  5. As for the background image, in general you'd need a fixed-width white theme with no frame(s) around the content. Possible candidates: Clean Home, Neat, NotesIL, Simpla, Tarski, Twenty-Eight Thirteen, Twenty Ten.

If you settle for one of these themes, you'll need to copy the image to your computer and edit it in an image editing application to adjust the width of the white section.

That site you posted the link to above is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog like the one linked to your username. We only provide support here on this support forum only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs like the one linked to your username. We cannot help you with that other site at all. You need to post to the correct support forum for that software here > http://wordpress.org/support/
