Badge Image Disappers

    Hi! New here.

    I'm trying to get a networking badge up on my company blog. The link is working but the image associated with the tag is not. All I see on my blof is a text link. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    If you have a wordpress.COM blog:
    flash code will be stripped out because it's not allowed here.
