I have been reading and writing poetry for over 7 years (and writing creatively for much longer), and recently I have been trying to break the spell of inertia and laziness when it comes to writing.
So my poems are like little wistful songs sung in an empty theater by a fired actress who hasn't brought herself to take off her costume yet. That is to say, they're concise and, I hope, cathartic.
