Hello - Does anyone know which themes work best with printing, making it easy to print out what I see on the screen?
(I noticed that several do not print the actual layout but print everything in one long column (such as Vigilance), without the header. Twenty Ten seemed to print everything a bit large...)

Kubrick is the best theme for printing on WordPress. It is the oldest and the most popular. Yeah, it is kind of too much simplistic, but still you can customize it a bit to give it a special look (click on my name for an example). It has a sidebar on front page only, so when you go to print a single post, there is no side bar, so it looks more clean and readable without any distraction.
Stuff and nonsense! Kubrick is the favored theme of many spammers and scammers as for many years it was the deafult theme that came with WordPress.org installs.
If all you want is to print then give PrintFriendly a try. It allows you to delete things you don't want to print:

Also, the Twenty Ten theme has a special Print stylesheet.
