Billing "problem?"

  1. When I clicked pay now I did not get a confirmation and it kept switching back to VISA from M/C. Thinking that it did not go through I repeated the pay now transaction about 5-6 times. I finally gave up and when I checked my e-mail I found this message. I surely hope you are not going to charge me repeatedly for every extra strike on the pay now. I had to borrow the money ($10) from a friend and that is all there is in my account. I felt after hearing all your information that this truly was not another internet scam, so I'm putting my faith in you that only one $9.95 charge shows up in my account.

    You give rise to the charges they do not appear magically.

    If you have be purchased upgrades they are found in your dashboard:
    Dashboard >Store > My Upgrades
