blank page for readers not me
-
I have 2 readers who tell me that when they visit my blog it is a gray page only. I have 4 computers, one mac, 1 pc, 1 ipad, 1 smartphone and they all show up fine. Whether she types in my blog address or my domains, it is still gray for her. Just happened recently. She has tried IE and Firefox, both are the same. She has cleared her cookies. I’m at a loss. http://www.lindastamps.com or lindastamps.wordpress.com
Thanks for any insight. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can’t provide any insight when we don’t even know which versions of the browser they are using or what their browser settings are. Working through intermediaries is never a good plan when it comes to clearing up support issues. If these people have WordPress.com accounts then they ought to be post for assistance.
Here’s the troubleshooting drill you can pass long to them.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
3. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/
(a) Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
If applicable see here for instructions on how to clear the cache for Chrome and Safari on the iPad:
http://browsers.about.com/od/howtousemobilebrowser1/ss/safari-ipad-clear-cache.htm
(b) Make sure that you have both third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled
http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
(c) Disable all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily.
(d) Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
Add both *.wordpress.com and *.wp.com to your list of trusted sites under the Security tab. Make sure to uncheck the box for “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.” http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/#frequently-asked-questions

Thanks, will work through that. Just wasn’t sure if others had the same problem and I know it’s on the reader’s end not WP.

Over 80% and maybe as high as 90% of all support issues are at the blogger’s end of things.
