I can't change my blavatar, even I did the similar step in my blog before.
FYI : my blog was succesfully got blavatar changed, but now it didn't in my brand new blog.
please give me a favor to figure this out.

I applied what instruction told me, but still I couldn't change my new blog blavatar.
And It took days of await.
