   I have been trying to add a Blavatar for my site for the past few months but to no avail...

   I've been using IE9 and Firefox, I've uploaded jpgs and pngs, my images have been 128x128, smaller than 128x128 and larger than 128x128 and no approach seems to be working.

   I understand that it takes some time for the blavatar to become visible on the site but in the past I have at least been able to see the three 'examples' on the confirmation page after I hit the 'crop image' button.

   Does anyone have any suggestions?

   The blog I need help with is addmtrowbridge.co.uk.

   Would you please upload your desired image via Media -> Add New in your blog's Dashboard?

   Then, let me know and I'll try to set it for you.

   I've added a png called Blavatar but it's 300x300 - is that okay?

   I'm not sure what was going on, since it worked perfectly for me.
