You can't block another user from reading your blog, but you can block them from commenting. (Settings-->Discussion).

thanks, i'm not so bothered about the comments, its this prick being able to access it at all but never mind!

Once you make a blog public that's what it is - viewable by any and every member of the public.

I understand that and again have no problem with that, I didn't have a problem with this one specific person seeing it either until he started using it against me recently and I was only asking more for his own safety seeing as he doesn't know when to quit. But thanks for the advice timethief
