blog address change is not working

    I went through the instructions for changing the blog address several times and keep getting the following message:

    "This is not available, check back later".

    We all get the same message so I'm not clear why you popsted here. We Volunteers have no idea when Staff will re-enable this tool.

    I posted here because I am fairly new to, and not so familiar with, the technology of blogging and was under the impression that this was a place where I could get "support".
