someone else has my blog address
when I opened up a browser and typed in my blog URL, someone else' blog came up who is using my blog name.
Can you please determine who had the name first?

I figured it out. My web address is different than my blog address. and the blog address is the same as someone else' web address.
http://bibleconversations.wordpress.com is their web address.
I guess it's not a problem?
I guess not unless your using the same one misleads people into believing your are the other person.
