   I logged into my blog (http://oldguystreehouse.com/) today after a few months away from it and am unable to post as there is a message that the blog was deleted by the author.

   I am the author and never requested that it be deleted. I went through my old emails trying to find any info about this and came across an email dated June 18th, 2012 asking me to confirm the deletion (as I had didn’t request the deletion in the first place I never confirmed it, thinking it was a mistake). My last post to the blog is dated July 24th, 2012 so it was obviously not deleted at that time, which is at it should be.

   The blog was purchased for me as a Father’s Day gift by my son and I am quite upset that it has now been deleted.

   Please look into this situation and restore my blog so I can start using it again.

   http://oldguystreehouse.com/ - loads fine for me - has 4 Posts - June 6 Happy Father’s Day - Last Post July 24

   Yes, it loads but I cannot post to it.

   When I try to go to the dashboard I get the following message "You don't have a blog yet. You can create one at any time."

   Sounds like you're logging in from an account that doesn't have access. Can you double check to see if you have more than one account?

   This is the only account I have at WordPress.com. As you can see when you look at it, it is a custom account and included 10 gigs of space and a customized theme.

   ogisinthehouseagain has never been a user on http://oldguystreehouse.com/

   If http://oldguystreehouse.com/ truly is your blog, you'll need to log out and log in as the correct user.

   Your response tweaked something in my old memory and I was able to fix the problem and access my blog.

   Thank you everyone for your assistance, it was greatly appreciated.

   BTW, if I sounded rude in any way, it was unintentional and I apologize.
