victoriasstylesecrets"website is currently offline - no cached version available" - I have been receiving this error message intermittently ALL DAY. What is causing this? Others have informed me they cannot load my blog.

It sounds like a browser issue, unless you just recently switched the domain names, in which case it's a typical DNS error and will resolve itself shortly.
