Im still designing the custom css, Trying to wrap my head how the code automatically updates when you post a blog entry. Also how to code the share on (facebook/twitter) which will come up after each post on only two of the pages.

I'm not really sure exactly what you want to do. Do you want to change the formatting of your posts or change specific posts/categories of posts.
You cannot customize the sharing buttons even with the Custom CSS upgrade. WordPress just doesn't allow it. There really is no way around that part.

Please refrain from adding a link-signature line to a non-wp.com site. The main reason to respond in these forums is to help people with their questions, not to promote your blog on another platform. A nice subtle link on your username is is acceptable without being spammy.
What exactly are you trying to do? If you could be a little more specific and we might be able to help.
The facebook like button you currently have can be styled with CSS, you just need to use !important at the end of every rule before the semicolon to override the defaults. This way you can customise the colours to fit in with those used on your blog.
You can also customise the other sharing options as I have done on my CSS modded site. Click on my username to the left of this reply, select any of the articles on my blog and see the "share" tab on the left (hopefully it's working in your browser though I haven't tested it much). Hover your mouse over that and the list of sharing options should pop out. That should serve as an example of what you can do with the CSS upgrade.
