  1. Hello,

Just wondering if you can have a home page that has a sidebar and your recent posts, but when you click on any of the posts, you are brought to a new page with the blog post being the full width, and no sidebar. I am speaking specifically for the headlines theme, but any input is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Dillon

  2. Headlines is a premium theme and we Volunteers answering questions on this forum have no knowledge of how they are designed to operate. Posting to this forum is not likely to be productive. When you purchased your premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer. Please click this link and post to that forum for theme support. 3. Can what I described be done with any of the free themes then?

  4. Yes you can choose one of the free themes that do provide full page optional layouts. Here are some themes where the sidebars are optional:
Elegant Grunge, Fusion, iNove, Modularity Lite, Mystique, P2, Pilcrow.
See slso > No widgets on static pages or single posts (optionally or not): http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/11/12/widgets-on-pages-or-single-posts/

  5. OOPS! I forgot this one as well. Sidebars and other widget areas: number and position > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/02/26/sidebars-and-other-widget-areas/
