One of the Users on my blog purchased a Premium theme -- when she clicks through the Premium Theme Support Forum link, that's exactly where she ends up. But when I click on it, I end up at this forum. We're both Administrators, but I'm the site designer and need the access to be able to customize our blog (she doesn't).
Is it the case that only the purchasing User can use the Premium Theme Support Forum or can I get access as well?
The person (username account) that purchased the premium theme has access to the Premium Themes Forum. Think about login information and username accounts for a moment or two and you will have your solution.
Can you be more explicit? Does that mean that only she can get access or that there is some other way of getting me access? She's not going to give me her login info.

I wouldn't do so either. I'm afraid you have reached a dead end because Staff are not going to violate the privacy of the original Admin.
I wasn't asking you to violate privacy. I was asking if there is a way for another Administrator of a group blog that purchased a premium theme to have access to the premium forums. First, the question is, does only one User get access. Second, if that is the case, is there a way for her to transfer her access to another Administrator. Because it makes perfect sense for Users of a group blog to have separate rolls. And nowhere in the documentation for purchasing the premium theme did it say that only the purchaser would have access to support. Because if it had, we would have made a different decision.

Not that I am aware of. if she wishes who can contact Staff by using the Help link on the top right hand corner of her Admin page and discuss this with them.

You're welcome and I'm sorry the answers I posted are not what you wanted to hear. WordPress.com free hosted blogs and themes are so simple to set up that I do not think that people being paid to do this for others was contemplated. Best wishes.
I'm not being paid. It's a group blog and we have different roles based on our expertise. This is very common with group blogs that have a lot of content.
Sorry I confused you by saying "paid". These day we Volunteers do answer questions from bloggers here who are being paid to set up blogs for others. I hasten to add, that it doesn't matter to us one way or the other. Staff will state what can be done and if you or the other Admin would be kind enough to return to this thread and post what the Staff response is that will be helpful when the next blogger asks the same question.
