The ideas forum is for ideas to improve the WordPress.com platform: new themes, features, widgets, and things like that.
The other forums are for technical questions about how to use wp.com. Please use your blog and social media for promotion. But when you have a problem making something work, feel free to ask a question in the Support forum and one of us volunteers (or a member of staff) will be glad to help.
