My blog is not showing up although I renewed it Nov. 18.
I own sylmarrealestateinsider.com [it was not a wordpress.com site]
Can you determine what's wrong & what do I need to do.

You renewed your mapping for sylmarrealestateinsider.com with us, but the domain was registered elsewhere, and that registration appears to have expired.
I recommend contacting your registrar ASAP.
For now, I have set your blog's primary domain back to http://sylmarrealestateinsider.wordpress.com/ and you can change that later via Store -> Domains in your blog's Dashboard.
