Dear support team,
I would like to create a blog. The name of the blog that I´m seeking for has been deleted by the authors. Why the names are still not available?
I´m looking for the domain reply.wordpress.com and nopoint.wordpress.com.
Is it possible to contact the authors of long time inactive blogs and ask for the domain?

There is no recycling of deleted blog URLs here at WordPress.com. This prevents the scenario of someone impersonating the blogger who originally had the deleted URL after they deleted it.
Confirm by reading http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ and
http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
